Courtville Antiques was established in 1964 in Tipperary Town by Mrs. Catherine Pierse. The business transferred to the 18th Century Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, Dublin in 1981 where Mrs. Pierse’s daughter, Grainne Pierse took stewdardship of the business. In March 2018 the business was purchased by Matthew Weldon who had an exisiting vintage jewellery business: both businesses now operate from the Courtville Store in the Antiques Gallery in Powerscourt Townhouse centre. Matthew Weldon comes from a long line of jewellers with his family beginning in the trade from c. 1890. We stock a broad range of antique and vintage engagement rings and estate jewellery. Everything is individually picked and they do not mass produce anything.
